Once admission is approved, the payment of the first installment of the tuition secures your child’s place.

🕣 Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. ✔️ All-inclusive fees (excluding optional services such as after-school activities, extended care, etc.)
Tuition Payment Terms
Tuition fees can be paid in three instalments, with no additional charges :
- 1st installment : Due after admission has been confirmed, to secure your child’s spot.
- 2nd installment : Due before August 30, just prior to the start of the school year.
- 3rd installment : Due before December 30 of the same academic year.

It is also possible to opt for a payment plan with up to 12 monthly installments. In this case :
- Two-thirds of the total tuition must be paid before August 30,
- The remaining third must be paid before December 30,
- An administrative fee of €100 will be added for each additional monthly payment beyond the standard three installments.

Refund Policy ：
Any cancellation of enrollment must be submitted in writing.
- More than 30 days before the start of the school year: the school will retain one-twelfth of the annual tuition fee and refund the remaining amount paid.
- Within 30 days before the start of the school year or during the school year: no refund will be issued.
